I am an incoming Postdoctoral Fellow in the Computational Engineering Analysis and Design (CEAD) Lab within Leslie A. Rose Department of Mechanical Engineering, South Dakota School of Mines and Technology. Before this position, I worked at the Computational Mechanics Research Laboratory at Johns Hopkins University. I received my PhD in Aerospace Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur.

My research interests include adaptive error estimation, directionally enriched finite element method, material modeling, geometry modeling, phase-field and damage modeling, fracture mechanics, thermomechanics, mechanics under extreme loading, multiphysics and multiscale modeling, and data-driven, physics-based scientific machine learning.
